Q: It looks like my card was charged multiple times for one order. What happened?

A: Most times that it appears that there are multiple charges, it's due to multiple Holds, which are explained here. Any extra Holds on your card will expire after 72 hours. If you feel that this is not the case, that your card has actually been charged multiple times, please contact Customer Service. Please Note:  Packages may take up to 3 weeks to be Processed , Printed and Shipped.
