Q: What do the various types of shipping (Ground, Priority, etc) mean?
A: There are two basic types of shipping options on HatchetGear.com - standard and expedited. USPS First-Class Mail Parcel, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground are all standard methods. UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air are all expedited methods. The transit times for the various methods are listed below.
Please note that selecting USPS Priority Mail wont get your package shipped any faster. The difference between USPS First-Class Mail Parcel and USPS Priority Mail is that all USPS packages above a certain weight must be shipped Priority Mail. Only by selecting UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air will you ensure that your package will be shipped the same day it is printed.

Please note that UPS only delivers on business days, so a Next Day Air Package shipped on a Friday will arrive on a Monday (unless that Monday is a holiday).
Q: It looks like my card was charged multiple times for one order. What happened?
A: Most times that it appears that there are multiple charges, it's due to multiple Holds, which are explained here. Any extra Holds on your card will expire after 72 hours. If you feel that this is not the case, that your card has actually been charged multiple times, please contact Customer Service.
